I have the main engine together, finally, and am ready to tackle the Turbo Carb and Turbo rebuild.

I have the new Bob Helt turbo carb book - and its great.

Which book / guide gives the best explanation of a complete rebuild of the turbo unit itself?

I have a pretty extensive library of Corvair literature and books - just looking to not have to look through all of them to find it.
