Maybe a few degrees cooler, adds a tick of block rigidity, minimal deflection during tightening for better sealing and the coolness factor. The higher end pan with the internal fins adds more oil capacity plus more heat transfer and minimizes the oil from walking lateraly during hard cornering.

Today i took the trans out cleaned it up and installed new seals and bushing everywhere and painted it.
Also blasted the heart box and painted it.
