OT- Does Anyone Know What These R Off Of

I was helping a friend get a couple of tractors that he just inherited to fire, and we found these out in the shed with the tractors. Does anyone have anyone have any idea what the may be off of. They r for a 16" wheel.

The one with the red & yellow badge is from an early 50's Olds. The one with the big "V" is from a 55 Dodge. I think the both really fit original 15" wheels, which had a bigger bead profile than today's 15" wheels. I'm not an expert on this, I just spent a little time poking around on the internet...
