My Dad's Old School Sand Rail
Posted by: Phil Dally ()
Date: March 10, 2010 09:11AM

Just found these a few days ago...old school...Pismo in the 70's.

It's my Dad's buggy...but that's not my Dad???

We sold the trailer only a couple years ago.

After installing ramps I used it to haul Vairy to Flagstaff.

Everyone should go for a ride in a sandrail, at least once!
The new generation rails will ruin every rollercoaster ride after.
On the flip side I can take my elderly parents to remote places in comfort and give them a scenic trip with wind in their face.(I don't always need to scare the crap out of the passengers ya know.) grinning smiley

Looks pretty classic to me. Wish I had been
able to make the scene back in the day.
