() Date: August 17, 2010 03:01PM Okay Al, it's guys like YOU (with talent) that make guys like me (without) think I could build another car. Except (as I already said) YOU have talent. ggg Yes, fill us in on the progress. As for the van - if it was chopped all the way back, I'd send you some money to buy it for me. That one is a love/hate kind of vehicle. You either love it or you hate it and I'm leaning to the hate side this morning. ggg Mike J Northern Calif Rescue, CA 65 Corsa ~ Sold !! www.fquick.com/MikesGarage Re: ANGLE CHOPPED 66 CORSA BBC TORO RESTO Posted by:

() Date: August 17, 2010 05:54PM OK guys, an update(sort of)... It got really hot here, so I've been boating ALOT . After a day or 2 at the lake, I get too burned out to play in the garage but when I do I really enjoy my time there. I have now finished ALL the (main)body welding/rust repair Now I will do the door modifications - shaved handles(which I'm not really too keen on, but I'm doing it), leading edge where the door meets the A pillar, & 1 piece glass mods(Camaro glass, and possible all the Camaro regulator/workings). I should persue the rollbar tubing today, I tried to get aluminum tubing, but cannot easily source it. So, I'll be using mild steel...I'm going to look at a 71 Vette today, for seats, or maybe the whole car .The guy says it has no motor/paperwork, and he just wants it gone![]() I'll be posting pics this weekend Al Macaulay - Okanagan Valley, BC Western Canada Corsa Link to my Corsa build- [corvaircenter.com] Link to my Cobra boat Project- [www.sidewinder-boats.com] 66 Corsa 140 HT - 402BBC/Turbo 425, 66 CDN Corsa 'Vert 140, 79 Cobra 16SS/Merc 1500, 69 Triumph Trident Chopper, 67 BSA Lightning Custom Cobra Custom Metal Design/ God Bless Canada ![]() Re: ANGLE CHOPPED 66 CORSA BBC TORO RESTO Posted by:
