The above is a picture of what i used to own, i am no longer a vair owner. Just someone who comes to pass a few minutes and pass on what knowledge i do have.

what kind of welding is that? There's an open flame fer cryin out loud. How barbaric!!

My wife worked on her Corvair before she met me. Somehow I, in spite of my ignorance of all things mechanical at the time, became her mechanic. I didn't mind. I do wish I knew then what I know now about Corvairs. Life would have been less stressful.

I don't have a wife to work on cars with or to watch in awe as she does her own bodywork or engine rebuild. I try and get gfs involved, but to no avail. So for now, I have dreams. tongue sticking out smiley
