() Date: May 21, 2023 10:40AM I would like to know if the following are Factory '65 Corsa Options: 1) Driver & Passenger seat Head Rests ? 2) Center Console ? 3) Tissue dispenser ? Re: '65 Corsa Options Posted by:

() Date: May 21, 2023 12:09PM Factory RPO A82 (Front seat headrests) was not available for Corvairs until 1966 The cast metal surrounding the shifter base on the Corsa was named a "console" in Chevrolet literature. Anything more than that would have been installed by the owner. A Tissue dispenser is a Chevrolet Dealer Accessory - never a factory option. () Date: May 21, 2023 06:55PM You don't ask but the padded dash and 2 speed wipers with washers were 65 factory options. Like Dan said, none of the 3 were factory options (unless you call the shifter base a "center console"). Re: '65 Corsa Options Posted by:

() Date: May 22, 2023 07:39AM I like to think just the Corsa option itself has many special features. Jim Brandberg Isanti, MN CorvairRepair.com ![]() Re: '65 Corsa Options Posted by:

() Date: May 26, 2023 05:45PM In 1965 and 1966, The Feds were establishing dates -usually in January, where things that used to be optional became required. So several things listed as options in early year literature may have been standard by mid-year. Unless you seek how many angels can dance on the head of a pin, or you are judging Concours events, most of this stuff is not important. (I will go back to my cave now!)
