67 door hinge bushing change help

Hi would anyone have any tips on removing pin so I can change broken bushings? Pin is upside down and looks welded, is that normal? Thanks

That is the bottom. They use some kind of chisel tool to peel down metal on both sides of the pin to keep it from coming out. I would file both of those burrs off and with alot of lube I would try tapping it down. Use some kind of big punch because if you hit the pin with the hammer you will mush it over and then it won't come out.

What Rex says, file or grind the nibbins off and drive the pin out.

Easier with the hinge off, but then you have to align the door.
