Well, bidding was repeatedly extended in two minute intervals.
But the insanity lasted twenty minutes actually.
Price increased 46%, after the "END" of the regular auction period.
It was interesting to watch. thumbs up

Here in the east the 73 to 79 Chevys rusted away quick. Even hoods! I was replacing rockers, fenders, bed sections and hoods in the mid 80s for customers.

Hardly ever see one on the road here, and we are way south of the true rust belt. Just garage kept never driven in winter ones survived.

Automakers in the 70's were a little lax on "rust prevention".

Bought an early 70's IH new; salesman told me to get it "Ziebarted" - in flatland California...
