If those are 1963 models it could be Van Nuys.

A few years ago I ordered and received a mouse pad with that very picture. I don't remember who I ordered it from, there is no indication on it where the picture was taken.

The blue Chevy II looks like it could be a conv and so does the red one behind the Corvair. If so it would be a '62 or '3.
