I have for sale a rebuilt 1961 4-spd transmission with the 4.26/2.55/1.68/1.00 gear ratios for FC / Van or CAR (uses 1961 passenger case with provision for the reverse light switch and the car-type reverse shifter shaft).

Case shot cleaned and painted with POR-15 cast iron paint.

New reverse, first and third gears and three-four synchronizer NOS. Excellent main shaft, one-two synchronizer. $850 plus shipping. Shipping is FOB from New Orleans, LA.

Not being that familiar with the early early trans, does this trans require a smaller input shaft than the 64 65 trans ??

Yes Mike, this would need a 12 Spline. This is a good find for someone with an FC that someone has switched to a car powertrain. Luckily my Rampy already has one or I would snatch it up.
