1963 motor mount....do I need a new one?

Before I spend another $100 in addition to the parts I need, does this need to be replaced with a new one?

FYI... theres is supposed to be a plate that covers the "figure 8" spacer. It is sits in the slighty recessed area bordered by the edge of the formed vulcanized rubber. Dont use it without it or the "figure 8" spacer. Else it will cause the through bolts to shear over time.

A side view might have shown the condition better but you already answered that by ordering the new one.

LOOOL I never wear shoes unless I'm going somewhere or it's wet and below 30 or 40 or dry and below about 25. smiling smiley I don't think VA is quite as cold as WA though!

That garage does have heat but it doesn't heat that part very much.
