3 quart 5309 oil pan and 6 bolt 5276 valve covers.
Hardly new but better than good overall condition.
Some scraping rear of pan...that's part of its charm.
Machined for Clark's deep pickup but stock works.
No pickup, bolts, or gaskets...$350obo + shipping.
Best price new is $760 and as much as $850 online.
