Elevation is above any expected storm surge and we are not near any rivers to worry about.We are staying here. I can offer outdoor parking under a metal carport for your Corvair if you need to get out of the Tampa Bay area. It will get wet but it wont get flooded. Have space for 2 Corvairs under carport.
