I think that is more opinion than fact. I recall Evening Orchid Impala's were very common.
It might be that I took notice of the EO Impala's, because my Sister bought a New '65 EO Corsa.
After about two years you couldn't tell my Sisters had started to fade until you opened the doors or trunk and could see the difference. The Impala's with the bigger panels seemed to show fading earlier.
