Is this slate? I took these pics at the 2020 S.E. Pennsylvania car show. IIRC, it appeared to be a Monza interior installed in a 500 sedan. I didn't recall seeing that color interior before.

Sorry, didn't get a "glamour" shot of the sedan, you can see it in the background here.

Sure looks like a match to me, but with my being colorblind don't take my word for it!
I'll take a picture of my seats tonight.

I'm a little confused. Glacier Gray exterior and Slate interior sounds like a good combination but the interior looks blue to me.

That is a custom Clarks interior, done in Buick Rivera Silver.
John and Teresa Miller did a convertible that way a while back.

I think if it's not slate, it's a close match. Cody Hurley on here has a 65(?) Corsa with the slate interior.

I keep thinking of the meme with the bottle of Permatex Silver anti-seize and the picture of the tin-man from the Wizard of Oz. What could go wrong?

It took that long for the snow to melt, and then discover they still had it on the Lot.

Here's a photo of the slate seat. Appears to have a sort of metallic sheen to it.

Computers don't render blue very well at all. You would have to have a light blue seat sitting right next to this one to tell the difference.

Ran across this in the early 1965 Sales catalog. It's not a photograph but gives you an idea that this was an available color combo.

Good find, thanks for posting these!
I've been looking over the Clark's catalog and see they have slate listed for headliner and seat materials, but what carpet is correct for this? Pretty colorblind myself so I may need assistance getting the right one. drinking smiley
My seats are in pretty decent shape, but obviously the carpet is trashed.

Clarks should be able to tell you what the carpet color should be. I am guessing black but in the interior pictured (drawing) above, it looks dark blue.

Enjoy the Corvair!
