() Date: September 10, 2022 08:49PM From what I remember, in 1960 the backup lights were optional and the dealer-installed kit had both the wiring and the switch to install. I am not absolutely certain about the switch being in the box, but if it wasn't, the instructions to the dealer were to source the switch from the parts department. When the Corvair was introduced, it was a bare bones automobile, until it took off as a fun car to drive. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Woodstock CT...
