A friend of mine recently purchased a 65 CORSA with a build date of 05 D.
I mentioned to him it was a pretty "late in the run" build and he asked me when did they stop building the 65 models and switch to the 66 models. I told him I do not know but would ask some of the folks on here. Not sure it matters but this car was built in Los Angeles. It is not a turbo car.

They built the last '65 cars in LA in August '65. They built the first '66's in September.
