Same as 66 - 69 buttons. Seat buttons use retainers. Door panel buttons are glue on.

I have 26 of th glue on style in a storage bin.

I have a set of convertible door panels for a '63 that has all but one of the door strips on them. The panels are junk, but I'll be willing to cut off the buttons and remaining hardware for anyone who wants them.
