What screw goes here? Right air cleaner support

First of all, apologies for being testy about screw identification with Frank DuVal and RobertC a while back, because now I have a screw ID question. And sometimes it is hard to tell the difference, Frank, when those small screws are involved, especially if you've been painting.

Where the RH passenger side air filter support attaches over the engine shroud and into the aluminum cylinder head, there are two threaded holes larger than 1/4-20. What bolts go here? The big ones pictured below begin to thread, but I don't want to force them. I have cleaned the thread holes with blaster and a Q-tip and wire wheeled the bolt, but still no go. I have some taps but am hesitant to mess with aluminum if I don't know the correct size beforehand.

Looking at some "before" photos I took, it looks like the big bolts should thread in there.

Help? Am I missing two bolts? Also, I have three of these big one, not two...

They are the "big" ones. 3/8 X 16. You show 1 of them.

Thanks, Tim. I found a 13 minute video I took of the whole engine compartment still together, and it looks like those are the bolts in the video, too.

If still original heads, forward 2 bolts are 3/8-16. Aft 3 are 1/4-20. Reverse for left side.

Grateful for the responses.

After reading your posts, I found the diagram I had printed out that called out the screw/bolt sizes.

Then I actually found my 3/8-16 tap and was able to chase the threads. I think it was the only non-metric tap still in the kit.

Thanks
