I don't know if Vince Petrie--secretary of Central Coast Corvair Club--posted this at all, but this is an email he sent out on Tuesday:

A long-time Corvair hobbyist recently passed away. His collection of Corvairs and Parts is being sold by his heirs.

The Collection includes 16 vehicles and hundreds of parts. Parts are mostly used. There is a limited inventory of NOS.

All items not sold by 6/30/22 will be scrapped.

This might be what Corventure Dave posted a few days ago. So, it seems no set day, just contact them???

Sounds like it. Dave didn't publish the contact info, but I figured it was public in the email so why not.

Just talked to the seller Steve...he is a good guy.

Nothing running and driving but all under $1000.

Three is little bit of everything just no Rampsides.

I contacted Steve by e-mail, he said he would look for a RZ engine case for me. I didn't know if he was a family member, a local club member helping with the auction, or part of the auctioneer's team. Didn't know if I should I offer him a finder's fee.
