This item came up on the Team Camaro site. Thought it might be of interest to some members.

Our team is conducting some market research. if possible, we would welcome your feedback.

1. is this a product of interest?
2. How much would you be willing to pay?

thx

Our team is introducing a new innovative product to the consumer Hot-Rod marketplace. Many of our club members and classic car forums have requested an adapter to convert a AG series glass fuse to modern blade type. Many of our club members have difficulty with glass fuses breaking easily during installation or removal process. Our new FlexFuse can convert any 3/4"-1 1/4" long standard glass fuses to a single adjustable blade (Micro-2,3, LP-Mini & standard) fuse. In summary, "One and done."

Neat idea if your fuse box is nice and clean.

Wish I had those when I was searching for my short. Blew through several 10 amp fuses before I figured it out!

Cool idea but I've made my own if I need any. Not like I'm blowing that many fuses anyway.

Simple way to troubleshoot without going through a handful of fuses is to temporarily wire an 1156 filament bulb across the fuse contacts. When you find the short, the bulb glows at full brightness. When the circuit is not shorted, the bulb glows much less or not at all, depending on the typical load.

If you think ahead, you can lengthen the wires to the bulb so that you can hang it from the rearview mirror where it will be easily seen during your searching process.

I don't see how they could have 1/2" of adjustment and still fit the blades.

Those are pretty cool little adapters.
The reason I did the conversion to Craig's Fuse Block had nothing to do with availability of glass fuses, or a problem breaking them.
I replaced my fuse block with Craig's awesome Fuse Panel because some Mentally Deficient Monster removed my fuse panel and inserted an antique one from a VW BUG with those dumb brass strips wrapped around a ceramic core! hot smiley
