Incorrect. RPO K47 (Oil bath pre-cleaner) was available for all cars and FCs in 1964, with or without AC. For the first part of the 1964 model year (We don’t have the exact date) if you ordered K47 on a non-AC car, it came with dual air cleaners and a central oil bath cleaner, same as 1963; later they switched it to the 1964 single air cleaner style, similar to the late models.
