303+ mph Pass at El Mirage...it's not a record

There have only been a half dozen 300 mph runs at E/M (1 1/3 mile) ever.

The record in A/BFS is 304.117 mph so 303.832 mph comes up just short.

Second video is start up from Bonneville last year...listen to that blower!!

300+ mph in 1 1/3 miles, on dirt, with narrow tires.

Needless to say all the big guys use traction control.

Is the traction worse on the salt vs dirt??

Keith Black, Ed Pink, or is there a new Hemi guru? Old 392, 426, or poked and stroked something else? Hard to believe those little canards on the nose in the Bonneville video can keep it on the ground at 300+!
