Are you looking for the Original Equipment (OEM) belts or a generic black belt. 1964 OEM belts are hard to come across, and expensive when you do, since they are a 1 year only design and they have a vinyl boot on the belt where it mounts to the floor.

They restore OEM seat belts quite perfectly. They also sometimes have original sets on hand and available. Not cheap, but they are quite correct.
