I have a 63 Corvair Monza 900. I haven’t driven it around for a while because i need to put new breaks in, so it has been sitting for around a year and a half. I’ve been planning to do the brakes next week but i noticed a substance leaking from the front of the car. It maybe looks like old oil but i don’t understand how it could be that if the engine is in the back? It’s been slowly dripping and i don’t know what the part it’s dripping from is called. I’m stressing lol please help

My guess is steering box. Left front?

I was thinking dead body in the Trunk.

Then reread OP and with bad breaks, maybe leaking Master Cylinder or BF at the wheels.

Photo of fluid, where it dripped under the car, and the inside of trunk will help.
