Available at the Corvair Ranch Open House on May 15: A ready-to-use 95-hp engine. Removed from a wrecked ‘64 Monza, de-flashed, re-sealed, and road-tested in a ‘66 Monza. A good-running engine! Has been stored indoors for the past four years. It’s now in the back of my truck for the trip to the Ranch. $475. Photos below.

Also available, several complete transaxles: One 1964 4-speed, 3.55. One 1964 4-speed, 3.55 posi. One 1964 FC Powerglide (has the provision for the transmission oil cooler), 3.55. One 1965 Powerglide, 3.55. All these are in the back of my truck, too, so they will be available at the Corvair Ranch Open House as well. Inquire for details and prices. My direct email is vairteccorp (at) gmail (dot) com.

An absolute steal for a known running / re-sealed engine.

I may be interested in the FC Powerglide ad will be at the Open House.
You are likely to find me in the "Body Shop" Building working on my Greenbrier if I am not socializing.

The engine has a buyer, a gentleman has given me payment via PayPal and is picking up the engine this Wednesday. So it will not be at the Corvair Ranch unless this deal unravels, which I do not expect it to do.

The four transaxles are still available and will be making the trip.

Well, um, no, the four transaxles will not be making the trip, only two of them will. The two four-speed units were sold this morning. So what remain available now are

> 1964 FC Powerglide transaxle, 3.55:1 axle ratio. Has the provision for the Powerglide oil cooler. Removed from a running but terminally rusty ‘64 Greenbrier in 1976, yes, 1976! Includes the correct FC front support, but is suitable for use in either an FC or a car. $175 obo.

> 1965 Powerglide transaxle, 3.55:1 axle ratio. Removed from a running but terminally rusty 1965 Monza four-door in 2019. Includes front support, and is suitable for use in any 1965-69 Corvair car. $150 obo.

> 1964-65 four-speed transmission, with correct input shaft. I failed to record what vehicle it came from. $100 obo.

All of these have been kept in clean and dry indoor storage through the years.

I will be bringing these to the Corvair Ranch Open House this weekend... unless they get sold first!
