() Date: May 01, 2022 08:42PM I need 2 of the top gaskets for HV carbs. I am going to replace my ailing accelerator pumps with John Sweets viton. Don't want to buy two kits, they were just rebuilt fairly recently. They are for a 66 140. Any help would be appreciated. thanks part needed. () Date: May 02, 2022 07:23AM Ask John. He probably will sell them. I got them individually from him a few years ago.. In the meantime, I will look and see if I have extras. Re: part needed Posted by:

() Date: May 02, 2022 09:34AM I have taken the 60/63 top cover gaskets and used a hole punch to make the vent tube hole, works just fine. Same with the early venturi gaskets that are missing the power valve hole. I have a lot of odd gaskets since the carb kits used to come with both gaskets in the box. () Date: May 02, 2022 10:13AM I hear ya on having to buy those gaskets. I made my own. It took me a few hours but I used an old cereal box and it was free! I had to buy the Viton cups online (less than John Sweets) since I couldn't make those but everything went together just fine. Back on the road with pumps. Total cost $4.85!
