02 C is 3rd week of February.

66 is 1966. 10737 is Corsa Coupe.

WRN is Willow Run

Y-Y is the color (not sure what is the color though). Solid color, not 2 tone.

W is tinted front windshield.

The "hole" indicates shoulder belts (I think).

I think it was a yellow car with black upholstery. & to the best of my knoledge a 180hp.

I don't agree sir. Tag does not indicate a turbo car.

Yes the "E" is for black painted interior, Trim is 758 of Black Bucket Seats, and the Y-Y is Lemonwood Yellow.

The punched hole indicates that the car has the above the rear window anchor point for the shoulder belts.
