a clean 110hp engine case with code T0128VB for 1964 forward control, rampside, van, etc. Good studs. Asking $220 plus shipping. Will add photos later today.

I don't need one at the moment but it sounds reasonable. Half the cost is just the nice job cleaning.
A buyer should understand that it takes some time and ingenuity to prepare it for shipping so the studs don't poke through a box.

Jim is right about that. I bought a spyder block last year where UPS bent three of the studs. Box has to be rigid.

When I have ever shipped engine blocks, i put the studs facing each other and strap the block so that they dont bonce back and forth Then find a thick box that will fit the block. Usually have to cut down and make flaps out of the tall portion of the box and cut off excess to put around the block. So far no studs have busted out of the box.

Removing the four studs at the rear of the cases eliminates their potential to "poke through" and it dramatically reduces shipping volume (and cost).
