How much paint flattener

I got my 64 convertible (a black Monza) back from the body shop but I need to paint the interior panels red. The paint guy did not know how much flattener I should add to dull the finish. I do know than the windshield, interior door and rear quarter are a little brighter than the glove box and dash area. The steel mouldings around the windshield area are much duller.
I used to have access to a book that spelled this all out. I will be using single stage paint ( enamel so flattening should not be a problem.

Any feedback will be appreciated.

One other note...in the "gloss colors" on the interior paint list above my understanding is that "gloss" on the interior meant about 60% gloss. Flat colors meant 0% gloss, however this might not look good so may have been more like 10% gloss. Adding flattener to the paint is pretty arbitrary so your paint guy will need to do some test panels for you to get what you are looking for.

Inside of doors and visible 1/4 panel areas, and steering wheel and column are semi-gloss. The dash and pillars are just a hair above flat (matte).

About to paint the interior of my ‘63, was thinking of kicking the flat up to 10% based on Nick’s comments.

Here’s a breakout of what gets flat vs. semi gloss.

Not sure if earlies are like lates, but there are 3-4 different Red gloss levels on a 1966 interior.

It took me several tries on having paint mixed to get the levels that I liked - and red paint is expensive!
