Thanks for those great photos, those images bring back a lot of good memories.

It would be interesting to have Mr Hall attend a future CORSA Convention to hear his remarks on those days, GM back door racing support and his wonderful Chaparral cars.

I also saw the Can Am races at Bridgehampton on Long Island. It was amazing to be on the wood bridge over the track when the cars screamed beneath on the long straightaway. A sound I'll never forget!

The first year we went, it was the winged cars. The last time it was the "snowblower" version.

Eventually the orange McLaren cars would go on to dominate the series.
