Mystery Corvair tool ?
Posted by: dryenko ()

I found this tool in some items I acquired with my GT3 race car years ago.
I figured it was time to find out it's purpose.
I welcome your ideas .

Something for compressing the valve when you need to change a spring?

The shape reminds me of a shim I made for pressing fan bearings into the housing. Of course it's too thick for that.

The adjustable buttons are interesting. Nice allen screws there but like Grade 1 slotted on the others.

Pin 1 3/16...?

The same GT3 you've had forever? Was it a GT3 when you got it?

I venture it's a tool for adjusting Coil overs?
