Oil pressure sender adaptor

My oil pressure sender needs to be mounted in the stock location of the oil pressure switch, however, the fuel pump is in the way. Can anyone recommend a specific adaptor or T that would allow clearance for the sender? It’s 1/8 npt I believe

Are you talking about a sender for an oil pressure gauge?

There are many solutions - some have been posted here.

In my case, my Corvair mechanic put a 45 degree adapter in the stock location and mounted the sender on the side of the alternator connected with a braided hose.

You could buy a piece of galvanized pipe so that you mount the sender above the fuel pump.

Of course, I do not know the space limitations in your bus.

There are other brass "blocks" at your local hardware store that could be used - alone or in tandem.

Yes, 1/8" NPT
