I searched the VIN 40967W220546. Saw it sold on BAT in July 2019 for $4500.

Someone buffed out the paint, put on new wheels and caps, and doubled their money in a year’s time. That’s capitalism right there.

sounds like someone was SMART!
I never understand why some people do not think to improve the appearance when selling a car.
There is a reason that car dealers spend tans of thousands each year just on detailing.
In Real Estate, it is LOCATION.
With cars it is APPEARANCE!
A couple/few hundred spent can reap you thousands in return.
