() Date: November 12, 2020 10:27AM I am looking for Flaming River part number FR1541S - Corvair Steering Coupler Adaptor. I know I can get a new one from Flaming River, and Clarks. Does anyone have one laying around that could save me a little cash, before I order one? Eric P. () Date: November 12, 2020 10:50AM With a small amount of work you can make one for significantly less than buying one. All you need are the splined to double d couplers and a double d shaft of the appropriate length. Similar to the one I made for the rack & pinion setup in my car. The corvair uses 5/8-36 spline. The one Flaming River sells is collapsible, as I understand it, which would be nice. Eric P. DeWitt, IA Re: WTB: Flaming River Steering Box Adaptor Shaft needed Posted by:
