If they are 14" OD doesn't that make them 13" covers? They should be slightly less than 13" across where the barbs are that grip the inside of the rim.

Mojun, where are you located ? I would like to try to figure the shipping out. I'm in So Cal Orange County, 92868 Your measurement shows 14". What size wheel do they fit ? 13" or 14"? My 14" wheels measure 15" at the outside of the rim.

From grip to grip=13 3/8 inch so it’s for 14inch

So I guess the picture that looks like they are 14" OD is an illusion? I know it is hard to tell sometimes in pictures.

Outer diameter=15.5” this should fit 14” wheel.

That's more like what I would expect.

Side by side, the 14" is right at 13" on the smallest ring on the back. The 13" is just over 12"
