I think that's a good value considering how many junkers are for sale everywhere. I'd bet he gets his price in the end though since finding truly good vans is difficult and some folks can't be bothered with trying to restore one. Good luck to him.

I think the biggest issue is the rust showing. Leaves the possibility of more showing up. The heater is another minor issue. Would like to see the undercarriage.
Other than that it's a real nice Brier.
I hope he gets his price. His investment in work already done is a good part of the asking price.
If it was me, I would enjoy it for a few more years.
But them I already have had my own for 40+ years!
You never know where it may show up!
