They are as good as what I sell. Theirs has what they call "tufftride" and ine have a chrome flash on the stems. Both systems do the same thing to reduce stem wear.

They call them TuffTride, but its Chrome-flash? TuffTride is salt-bath Nitrocarburizing, which basically does the same thing, but less corrosion resistance.

I use the stainless valves from PEP on all my engine rebuilds and have been very happy with them.
