These were on Craigslist back before China Flu hit, and it was a woman trying to sell them. The ad quoted one price, but when I contacted her, she stated a completely different price altogether. At that time, the story was that they had been her fathers cars, and he had recently passed. When I tried to get any kind of info out of her, she suggested that I talk to her Boyfriend. Work schedule did not permit that, but it was quite evident that he didn't know Corvairs from Corsairs, and wouldn't have been any better help than she. The Craigslist pictures were more detailed, and from what I saw, nothing there is more than a possible parts car. ZERO effort was made to protect these poor cars from the 9.5 months of rain we experience here in the Pacific North Wet. ![]() ![]() -+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+- WA. state, 1 mile south of the Canadian border, I am not at the end of the world, but you can see it from here. () Date: October 13, 2020 08:06AM They probably upped the price after they got a lot of inquiries. Cars are always worth more when more people inquire. ![]() Doug 65 Monza Cincy, OH Re: Barn Finds Washington state $200 Corvairs Posted by:

() Date: October 13, 2020 08:13AM On the one hand, they look a lot like mine did when I first bought it. On the other, why would I want to go through that again? ____________________________________________ Eric C.
