Making it into a "heat sink" does not sound realistic to me. There are other ways to reduce the temperature of oil.
Oil pan, valve covers, oil cooler covers, and motor oils (?) are a few ways that come to mind.

Could they have used a worse looking piece of tubing for their "Illustrative Only" image?
Also noted, if you click on the "SIDE" box, it gives you the options between "Original Material" and "Stainless Steel add $10.oo".
So just what are you getting as "Original"???

The other thing is, if you click on the stainless steel option, it says "arriving soon" so they dont have that right now.
