No horn

My 65 monza conv has been parked for a couple seasons. Getting it ready but ni horn. Relay clicks when horn pressed. Any suggestions?

Horns are frozen.. they work by vibrating..

Whack the headlight buckets in the trunk while operating. The bolt heads you see are the horn's base!
