Re: OT - How Can I Fix the Cooler Lines WITHOUT replacing them

My hope was to find a way to cut the old hoses off and then replace them while I left the lines in place.

However, I don't think that the hard line has any barbs or a lip on the end to help keep the hose from popping off due to pressure.

and I won't know any of this until I cut the hoses off; at which point I'm at no return.

So I thought I brain storm with some well informed guys on here, to come up with a way to get-r-done! LOL

Found this just now and I'm going to try to double clamp new hoses on while leaving the hard lines on the truck....
If possible, I would like to put a clamp on each side of the raised lip.

Where can I find clamps like this? Completely SMOOTH all the way around.

BTW - The clamp cost $1.57 in US funds and it is $2.28 in Canadian funds.
Over a 40% market up for such a small and low cost item.

USA - Supplier

Same Supplier but in Canada
