If you knew how much work it was to do the 3.08 conversion and set it up properly, you probably would not want to sell one for any price. It really costs $$$$ when you replace everything in building a differential to 3.08 because a new pinion shaft is a high cost item now. Generally, you just have to pony up the dough for the repro because you cannot use an original 1963 3.08 ring gear on your 65 or 66 differential chunk; the 1963 are the only 3.08 axle sets I have ever seen for sale used. You should be looking to purchase a new set of the Clark's gears because when those are gone, they likely won't be reproduced.

The 63 3.08 gears can be drilled and tapped to install into a 65-69 dfferential.
If you can find one.
Costs about $125 IIRC with shipping.
