Scarebird disc brake hose

Anyone out there running Scarebird adapters and GM metric calipers on the front of their LM? I was curious what you might be using for front brake hoses? TIA, Cheers, Dave

I used heavy duty GM truck hoses approximately 25” with banjo fitting on one end and 3/8” inverted flare on other. I also reversed the setup so the calipers were mounted to the rear, leading to a much gentler curve of the hoses. I will add the p/n in a few when I get to OReillys. P.S.works great.

The part number from O'Reilly's is BH38166. It is an O'R # but other stores can cross reference. It allowed me to put the calipers on the rear of the spindle and have a very gentle sweep to the brake hose. Followed the curve of the speedo cable and duplicated it on the right side. Needed different banjo bolts because the length of the bolt did not tighten enough on the copper washers and had a very slight leak under extreme pressure tests. Will take photos next week if anyone asks.

I will add - I like braided hoses from southwest speed. They have hoses with a banjo fitting in various lengths and adaptors from a -4AN to 7/16-24 inverted flare for the steel lines. Just got a set in today for the scarebird disk setup I am putting on my '66 currently.
