I notice he does not discuss the (rolling bathtub) Loadside.

Rampside wins on style points alone.

The others are klunky looking at best.

Although I have a soft spot for A100.

Loadsides are SOOOOO useless, that they didn't even qualify to compete, let alone receive an "Honorable Mention" ! grinning smiley

I always thought it would be fun to own a collection of each of the FC's made. I wonder if anyone has ever put this collection together?

But did Lee mean each style of FC GM made. That would be a nice collection for someone.

Hands down the Rampside wins among the competition. I’m kind of a Ford guy as well but driving that one would be crazy. Talk about an engineering blunder when you have to add a ballast just to make it drivable.

I have most FCs. I don't have an 8-door panel van or a Loadside. Yet.

Don't forget the Corvan WITHOUT rear glass on the rear doors. And the GM factory camper kit.

I've seen videos where the rear wheels of the Ford actually come off the ground during heavy braking! That won't happen in a Rampy!

Enjoy the Corvair!

I had a 64 Chevy van. It was very easy to get the rear end unloaded.
