Hey Al, I am still interested in those thermostats but now will not be in a position to purchase until July. Just FYI.

Cheers.

Eric: That is fine. No holding them. But, if they are still available then, I will take them with me to Texas on our vacation. That way I can ship when you are ready.

Here are 3 photos of the shrouds and other items I have I am trying move on through sales. If I can't sell them no choice will be a scrap heap, because I expect no one needs these parts as they are quite common. At the New year no longer will be messing with them.

I have also readied 7 top covers and 4 rear covers to go with engine blocks next year for scrap.

I second the thought that Al is the go to guy for used parts.
I cleaned him out of RH shroulds w/o the AIR tube slot.

Got tired of cooking my coil with that "hair dryer" slot.

Thanks Al

Hope to see you in Maggie Valley next month!
Look forward to my shipment, PayPal sent.

Thanks,

Mike

Thanks guys, by the end of next year, I may have no more used parts based on the past 2 years of sales attempts. Simpler to get 3 cents a pound and be done with the old parts. My Vairs and Camaro should be finished and we won't need all the loose parts hanging around. Even the hardware drawers will be emptied.

It is even time to slim done my house/yard/small engine repair items I have been hoarding. Recycle bin each 2 weeks has been filling up from making the keep or throw decisions.

OK Al, so should I wait till then to inquire about a old dizzy- Ray Sedman says I should mount that dizzy plate you sold me on an old dizzy - it will be much easier to swap out if the XR700 quits- so hit me with a price- preferably a 2021 or 2022 price...LOL

Let me look and see what I have left for distributors. I want to keep one for my back up. I scrapped several previously due to worn bushings.

The following items have found a new home.

Front Shroud 65 M/T powder coated
Fan Shroud 65 set for 12 plate oil cooler.
Lower Shrouds
Left heat duct panel with thermister wiring grommet hole
Engine blower fan painted with VHT Silver
2 Thermostat (used) with rods and clips
12 push rod tubes
Heat ducts, cooling boxes, cylinder baffles, head aft closeout panels, top cover, oil cooler adapter,

All the hardware to install any engine/shroud part will also be given to the new home. This will definitely slim down my pile of parts and hardware.
