Except for the extended height is the wagon windshield* otherwise the same? It is a rare and pricey item. It would seem someone with metal skills could fashion the upper roof area to fit the sedan windshield. It might look a bit "Ambulance" but it is an option.

* I've had a Lakewood sitting idle for 25+ years. Over 20 years ago I was on vacation and found a Pic N' Pull wagon windshield mid trip ($22 as I recall). Somehow I got the glass to my brothers even with my young children dangling their feet as it sat on the floor of the back seat. By happenstance my nephew was passing through transporting furniture for a fellow employee. When I returned from vacation there was my windshield sitting on my living room floor safely having made a 400 mile trip. smiling smiley

1963 Chevy Corvair lakewood 6 Cylinder, W/power glide, needs complete restoration. Does not run, complete car minus windshield and side window. Been in storage many years. Title in Transit or offer

What does "Title in Transit" mean? Never heard of that expression.

Phil,
That’s the best find so far. Probably has a 110 engine in it now but I would have no problem cleaning it up and driving as is without a respray

I would say 99% it is a Monza, just missing a few things and some strange replacements. it has a 60-61 glovebox lid and 64 interior. Probably a later motor and that gas heater is awesome!!

Does it have "duel" heaters? A gas heater AND the direct air heater?

Yea I would say it was added as it would not have the duct in the engine compartment.

I don't think the OP has even looked at any of the replies to his post.
Look at his history.
33 posts in 4 years.
His last post was the day he started this thread.
