And I just placed my order earlier today to enable some quality wrenching time.

sad smiley

I get it - Michigan is also under a stay-at-home order that was just announced this morning (but rumored for days) that takes effect at midnight.

Guess it's time to install some of the other stuff I have on hand that hasn't bubbled to the top of my to-do list.

Stay healthy and safe!

I am just hoping that they can weather this shutdown. Here in CA auto parts supply businesses are considered essential, therefore are remaining open with retrictions

I placed an order on 4/20. My CC was charged this AM- does that mean my order will ship? Anyone know?

I had some good paying movie work in Feb so I stocked up on everything I thought I would need for my Spyder and racers. Even got the parts for a few customers transmissions so i can stay busy. Wish it was the other way around and I was last minute Mike like i usually :/

Also placed an order this morning. Now it will not ship till the shut down is over. I had planned to send my 67 in for some rust repair we just discovered next week. But that will wait and the body shop will not get my business for a bit of time. Just a fact of life, but it is really screwing the working poor and more in the country/world.

My son and my nephew are out of work and hurting. Fortunately, I am able to help both. My daughter and son in law are taking care of their children and grandchildren just fine.

This too will pass.

Update: I received an email from Clark's that one of the parts I ordered (pitman arm bushing) is out of stock. They did state they will try and get the rest of my order out by noon tomorrow but that there is a good chance that they won't be able to until they re-open.

Fingers crossed and a big thumbs-up to Clark's for trying to beat a deadline!

Just hope that .1% of the Corvairs on the road are not essential vehicles, like I KNOW two people who only drive Corvairs to get to work. One is not essential job, though. I know 99.9% of the Corvairs are either seldom driven or owner has another vehicle.

Any Corvairs in service on the food delivery industry (to include from farm to wherever, etc.)? Any Corvair ambulances in service? winking smiley
