The 2-spoke "sport" wheel was available with the standard or telescoping steering columns.

Just a helpful hint: You'll get better response to your question if the "subject" line relates to the question asked. For example, rather than "Any 66 coupes out there?", the subject line might ask "66 wood wheel option question". JMHO cool smiley

The two spoke simulated wood wheel was also used on the 64-65 Chevelle. Note the Chevelle steering wheel hub WILL NOT FIT the Corvair. Seth Emerson makes a hub for the Corvair.

The steering wheel has been reproduced for many years. There were two versions, one with the stainless outer band and one without.

Did the Yenko Stingers ALL come with the tele column option? Or was it still just an option? Seems most I have seen had teles.

NO - It was an option - just like on any other 66.

They all came with standard wheels. Many have had tele’s added, either by Yenko or later owners.

"tele's added either by Yenko..."

Were tele columns available as a dealer added or over the counter option? I was under the impression they were only a factory option.

'64, '65 and most of '66 std. columns are the SMALL SPLINE.

Tom you gotta take the horn button off...at least... to see the shaft size.

Mike -

I thought 107 or 108 came with a Tele Wheel (standard tele, not simulated wood) - Bob D's 67 Stinger??

All "non-telescoping" wheels in 64-65-66 had the small splines.
